General Hints ± p h one callsSwitc h your p h one to silent m ode: Press and hold the # key.

Turn speakerp h one on and off during a call: Press the M enusoft key. Select Speakerphone On or Off.

Switc h between Nor m al and Silent notification profiles: Pressand hold the # key (Silent) to switch to the Silent profile.

Manage a second call: If a person is trying to call you when youare talking on the phone, a notification pop-up is displayed. Pressthe Accept soft key to answer the second call and put the first onhold. To switch back and forth between the two callers, press theSwap soft key. To end the second call and go back to the first, pressthe End soft key.

Mute/Un m ute w h ile on a call: While on a call, simply press theLeft soft key to mute and, then press the same to unmute yourconversation. This is great to use during a conference call.

General Hints ± m isc.Host conference call: Simply make a call, and when the first party is on the

line, make a second call by keying in the number. When the second partyanswers the call, press the M enu soft key and then highlight Conference.Repeat these steps for each additional party you would like to include in yourconference call. M aximum of five participants and an originator are supported.

Press to dial the number indicated on the display.Press once to open the Recent Call log.Press and hold to initiate the most recent call from the Recent Call log.During a call, press and hold to switch to speakerphone.During a call, quick press to place the call on hold or un-hold.

find the name, it prompts you to launch a Global Address Booksearch (³Company Directory´) and you can enter the name of theperson you wish to locate.

Find saved attac h m ent: Use the File Explorer to find adownloaded attachment that you have saved on your phone. The FileExplorer program allows you to open an Explorer window similar to adesktop Windows-based system. The Explorer window allows you tonavigate through your phone to locate the desired folders and files.To access File Explorer, press the Start soft key. Select M ore >Applications > File Explorer.
