register. Four cups, are however, clearly visible on the table. If the patron to whom these 4 Cokes were served did not require a receipt and left the

server $15.00 cash, the bartender could easily pocket the $5.25 difference between $15.00 and $9.75 by not charging for the 4th Coke (despite having

served it).
