A few months ago, my family and I went back to our hometown. We

decided to bring your pet cat, Tiger along. My grandparents also have

two pet cats. Tiger got along by them very well. The next day, we went

to my mothers hometown which are 45 minutes away from my fathers.

The house was surrounded by a durian orchard. Unfortunately, a next

morning, we realized that Tiger was missed. In the evening, we had to

leave for my fathers hometown, so we still had not found Tiger. My

uncle promised me that he will sent Tiger back if he found it. We had to

spend another night on my fathers hometown before we headed back

to Kuala Lumpur. Suddenly, around three oclock in the morning, I hear

Tiger meowing. It then appeared in front of I eyes. I stared in disbelief.

My uncle have kept his promise! I called my uncle to thank him. Now,

my cat is very clever. It will not go out alone outside the house. I think it

had a scary experience of getting lost in the orchard.

    Question 4:

Read the article below then answer question (a)(i)

Did you know a kitchen can be a dangerous place if you are not careful? You can keep your kitchen

safe by following these tips. First, make sure all wires, cords and plugs on your appliances are not

frayed. The plugs should have 3-prong grounded connections. This would include toasters,

blenders, microwave ovens, cake mixers, coffee makers and other electrical appliances. You should

also make sure that the blender is unplugged and switched off before touching the blades.

When you have pots and pans cooking on the stove, do not leave them unattended. Also,

avoid wearing inappropriate clothing such as loose sleeves and sweaters while cooking. Make sure

to keep dish towels, pot holders and oven mitts away from the stove. Keep matches and lighters in

places where children cannot reach easily. It is also good to keep a fire extinguisher in or near the

kitchen. However, the fire extinguisher should not be kept too close to the stove or heater.

When cutting things with a knife, always cut facing away from your body, as it can slip and injure

you. Furthermore, do not try to catch the knife if it falls. It is better for it to hit the floor than to cut

    your hand.

Make sure to clean up spills immediately as wet floors are slippery. Keep the kitchen floor clear of

toys and other items. Finally, you should put a childproof lock not only on the medicines or

detergent cabinets but also on your oven.
