Dear Mr. Lacerna:

This is to confirm your project based employment with Test Solution Services Inc. as BI Specialist L-I for the Allegro Burn-in Services Project under the following terms and conditions:

1. Your employment shall be project based and you will be assigned to the Allegro Burn-in Services Project of the company which is expected to be completed on May 24, 2014.

2. Your period of employment shall be from May 25, 2013 to May 24, 2014. 3. You will be assigned the position of BI Specialist L-I.

4. At any time during the period of this agreement, or any extensions thereof, we may terminate this agreement

(a) if we should find that you are not qualified, competent or efficient in the above-stated position for which you were hired;

(b) if we should find that you are physically or medically unfit for the job; or(c) if you shall violate any of the Company’s rules and regulations, which it shall be

your duty to know and study immediately upon hiring.

The Company also reserves the right to terminate your services at any time under the circumstances and conditions recognized by law and jurisprudence on the matter.

5. You will render twelve (12) hours of work every day, three (3) days or four (4) days a week, in accordance with the working hours/shifts/departments to which you may be assigned or reassigned from time to time in accordance with the operational requirements for the completion of the aforementioned specific project of the Company. It is understood that this work schedule is under the compressed workweek schedule of the Company and that no overtime pay shall be charged in excess of eight (8) hours a day work rendered. Changes to the schedule shall not be implemented without the express written consent of the duty designated officers of the Company.

6. For each complete daily work, you will receive a compensation of Three Hundred Thirty Seven (P337.00), payable every other Thursday and will be directly deposited to your savings account during payday. It is understood that this amount already includes payment of your salary for regular holidays and special days.

7. This employment will automatically terminate on May 24, 2014 without need of further notice.
