INTRODUCTIONIt is essential for individual to focus on personal and professional
development in order to acquire required skills and abilities so that individualmust focus on rendering quality treatment and services to their service users(Martin, 2004). Although, there are different needs and requirement ofpatients which needs to be accomplished by the care workers thus, they arerequired to and improve certain skills so that they can render quality careand treatment to their patients. Moreover, it can be said that developingand amending the skills of care worker is directly related with providingeffective and quality services to the services users.
For carrying out the study it is essential for understanding that how thepersonal values as well as individual principles influences and impacts theindividual contribution within the HSC setting. However, the report will alsounderstand the application of principles of professional engagement with theservices users which uses HSC services. Lastly, the task has beenundertaken to demonstrate processing and improving individual’s own skillsin relation to work with different other practitioners in the HSC.

TASK 11. Compare personal values and principles in HSC and compare them withprinciples of support in health care
Within HSC, there are different patients to whom the care workerrenders quality services so that they can provide quality services andattention to the pateints. However, patients in HSC possess differentpersonal values and principles which is influenced and affected by theprinciples of support within HSC sector (Mary, 2011). There are differentpersonnel rendering services within the HSC sector that mainly includes careworker, specialist, professionals as well as consultants that provide qualityservices to the patients so that they can easily recover from the illness.
An individual's personal value that is hope, faith, anti-discrimination,respect, privacy etc. must be taken into consideration by the care worker sothat they can easily carry out their task and activities in the setting (Speedand Gabe, 2013). For instance; service provider within HSC mainly focuseson attending the patients that suffers from non-infectious diseases ascompare to infectious diseases. But the principles of support in HSC mainlyfocus on respecting all the patients who suffer from various diseases. Therefore, in such situation care worker has the right to treat all the patientswith different needs so that they can render effective working practices inthe care home (Genkeer and et. al., 2002).

2. How personal and culture and experience influence own role in supportingthe service users and organization & Current legislation and policies andchanges to personal values can impact on work in HSC
Working as a care worker in the care home and hospital individual'sown personal, cultural values and past experiences influence their workingand activities in the HSC setting (Hurst and Patterson, 2014). It can be saidthat past experience of care worker also support them in rendering servicesto different disease patients as they have the experience to handle thatparticular patients. For instance; while serving the patient who is beingdiagnosed with the HIV disease, care worker would not disclose their identityto any other person as disclosing the identity in the past working days willresult in enabling negative environment at the workplace. Patients will notbe able to communicate with them as they are aware that particular patientis diagnosed with the HIV/AIDS and through talking the virus can betransmitted to them (Collins, 2009).
Another example include that whether good or bad experience in thepast it would support and affect their services that is being provided toservice users that is in the previous HSC organization patient do not followthe instructions that are provided by the care worker that lead to arise fedup situation for the care worker that often result in affecting their servicesthat they provide to the service users. Through gaining this experience careworker must concentrate on encouraging their patients so that they maytake proper medication and obey the instruction provided by the care workeror practitioners (Mulholland and Turnock, 2012). In order to protect andsafeguard the interest of the service users government or HSC organizationframe and enforced new developments that is new legislation, new priorities, codes of practices etc. that positively impact the work within HSC setting.

TASK 2AThere are different approaches and theories of learning that must be
used by an individual so that they may easily acquire and gain the learningthat support them in rendering quality services according to the requirementand needs of the patients. The different theories of learning include Honeyand Mumford, Kolb learning, VARK style etc. that support the care worker inenhancing their learning (Boyatzis and Kolb, 2005).2.1 Key influence on learningThere are different elements and factors that influences on individuallearning include-Previous learning and experiences- One of the major key that influencesthe individual learning within the HSC setting include past or previousexperiences. Past experiences support the individual care worker inamending the required skills and abilities that they require in thecontemporary scenario to recover their patients from the illness (Currie,2007).Formal versus informal learning- Another factor that influence thelearning include selecting the appropriate learning method that wouldenhance the skills and abilities as well as knowledge that will be fruitful forthe HSC organization as well as to the services user also. Formal learningfocuses on classroom learning that outcome in gaining practical knowledgefor rendering services to different disease patients.Learning style- Another factor that influences individual learning includeadopting effective learning style that suits the individual in acquiringknowledge. There are different form of learning styles that mainly includereading articleTASK 2Cs, books, attending lectures, visual learning through

presentation that enhances the knowledge and result in rendering ordelivering proper services to the patients of HSC (Cooke, 2012).Learning environment- Although, effective learning environment also actas the significant factor that influences the learning of individual or careworker in the HSC setting. With the help of collaborative or effectiveenvironment within the HSC it will motivate the care worker in adopting thelearning the support them in present as well as future scenario (Dealtry,2004).2.4 How personal learning and development may benefit other
Personal learning and development is significant for the care workerthose who render treatment and medication services to the different diseasepatients as it support them in enabling their personal growth and alsoenhance their skills and abilities to maximize their own potential so that theymay render proper services within HSC. However, with the help of personallearning and development I can easily assess my current skills and qualitiesand the required skills within the HSC setting so that I can easily raise myindividual efficiency in treating the patients and different service users(Whitefield and Kloot, 2006). Furthermore, personal learning anddevelopment also assist me in the future scenario while renderingmedication services in the other HSC setting. In addition to this, in thecontemporary scenario to meet the different needs and requirement of thepatients it is important for the care worker to focus on continuousdevelopment that support them in enhancing the knowledge and skills sothat they can easily render services to different disease patients (Wilkins,2007).

Within HSC setting it is essential to have different professionalrelationship that will render variety of services and care to the patients sothat they can easily recover from the illness and various diseases (Rhoton,Bowers and Shane, 2001). As per the case scenario, working in the Day carethey mainly communicate with range of carers, professional to councillorsetc. so that they may overcome the incident related with the roaming ofpatients out of the Day care centre. The nature of different professionalrelationship in the Day care centre include-
Professionals and service user- one of the major professionalrelationship within the Day care centre is of professional and service users.Professionals provide quality treatment and medication to the mental healthpatients, dementia and learning disability patients so that they may providequality care to them so that they can recover from the diseases.

Therefore, thepatient has impairment that is defined as problem and individual need to bechanged under this model. On the contrary, other is social model is definedthat patients will be not consider as disabled due to sickness.
