Foreword

My dear Divine Souls....

I have come a long way in the last 13 years moving

from living from the Mind/Ego to living from the

Heart/Soul.

And believe me, it wasn't an easy journey. The

attachments, baggage and conditioning are a

difficult burden to shed. It takes a lot of time, effort

and unending patience and acceptance of yourself.

We are all so happy living a fake life with masks on,

it takes a great toll on our consciousness to see and

accept the shadow self. The work on myself is still

on and will continue until I die, but I was guided to

share the few lessons I have learnt on the way.

Some of these I have penned myself and some

have been inspired from the various Gurus whom

the universe had sent my way in the form of people

and books.

I humbly bow down to the universe, all my

gurus, masters, spirit guides, ancestors, my parents,

family and friends, who have contributed to my life

and my lessons. I will be ever indebted.

Waking up

Are we just getting up every morning?

Or are we truly awake and aware?

To the continuous destruction

of mother earth,

Of the human character,

Of law and order,

Of love and compassion,

Of values and morals.

Rising

The Universe does not allow even the Sun

to get a sudden rise.

It takes time to rise

to the peak of success.

Let your efforts be consistent

And attitude positive!

Strength

You are strongest when you are humble.

Only the weak act with arrogance. They put their

pride on display so that others may think they are

powerful.

But those with great strength are humble because

they have no need to prove anything!

Weak people blame others for their circumstances;

strong people take responsibility for their life!

When we can bless the people who hurt us, and

wish them happiness, that is strength!
