    This letter is issued to HSG, Inc. in accordance with Title 8 of the CA Code of Regulations,Sections 3282 (p) and 3292 (c); Form (8.19.7).

    This courtesy letter is provided to you according to the above-mentionedregulations. It is understood you, the contractor, will perform serviceto this building utilizing long poles, ladders, and/or aerial lifts which arenot within the guidelines of the above-mentioned regulations. Therefore, abuilding equipment inspection is not required for this service.

    Please be advised we are owner(s) and/or manager(s) of real estate and arenot qualified to determine if the exterior building maintenance system, includingsafety equipment and devices, should any exist, complies with Title 8 of the CACode of Regulations.

    This letter is issued to HSG, Inc. in accordance with Title 8 of the CA Code of Regulations,Sections 3282 (p) and 3292 (c). Attached is a copy of our CERTIFICATION from a CaliforniaLicensed Scaffold Inspection & Testing (SIT) Company.

    We were Assured by the SIT contractor that our buildings safetyequipment and devices were inspected and certified for use as statedon the attached inspection report in compliance with Title 8, Article 5,Section3282 (p)(1)(A); Form (8.19.7).

    Please be advised we are owner(s) and/or manager(s) of real estate and arenot qualified to determine if the exterior building maintenance system,including safety equipment and devices, complies with Title 8 of the CA Code ofRegulations. Accordingly, we hired a company in possession of a validCAL-OSHA SIT license to inspect and certify our building roof equipment.
