Pahuni, Tehsil Rashmi, Distt. Chirrogarh (Raj.) belonging to Shri Ambalal, Bherulal S/o
Shri Ganesh Chamar R/o Village Pahuni, Tehsil Rashmi, Distt. Chittorgarh, (Raj.) in
question, the said agricultural land is free from all prior charges and encumbrances. The receipt
issued by the concerned Tehsildar/Sub Registrar Rashmi, Distt. Chittorgarh (Raj.) (for 13 years
) for inspection and search to ensure non encumbrance of the said agril. Land issued vide No.
____________ dated ___________ is enclosed.
I found that the said agril. land is absolutely free from all encumbrances and clearly
marketable & legally fit for purchase. It means that no claim would exist after the land is
purchased due to descendant or faulty transfers.
