Main Sales Rep Accounts Screen When you click on the Sales Rep Accounts button, the Sales Rep Accounts Screen appears.

This screen is sorted by tabs. Depending on your specific accounts, you may not see all tabs. For example, if you don't have any equipment agreements, you will not see the Equipment Agreements tab. The top of the screen shows your information. You’ll see your name, start date, and Division, Region, District and Area.

You’ll also see a summary of your accounts. You’ll see your computer credits, Equipment Agreements, SPF and SEA account summaries.

As you select each tab, the selected item shows in green in the summary area. To see details of each account, click on the tab of the account. Computer Credits The Computer Credits tab shows any computer credits you’ve earned from Pro-motions. The details screen shows your current balance and details of what has been added or deducted.

As you can see in this example, Joe earned $75 in the Summer Doorbusters Contest. This was used to pay for his computer equipment at $35.98 per pay until the computer credits were used up. No payroll deductions were made while Joe had computer credits available.

Equipment Agreements The Equipment Agreements tab lists any lease agreements you have outstand-ing. This would include any computer equipment, such as MSTARS, printers, laptops, etc.

As you can see in this example, Joe had a lease on 8/17/2011 for $1181.01. Since then, he’s had 4 payroll deductions of $35.98 each and 3 computer credit deductions. The computer deductions replaced the payroll deductions for as long as Joe had credits. He had a total of $75 in computer credits and these were applied to his account, without being payroll deducted.

SEA Accounts The next tab is the Storage Equipment Account (SEA) tab. This shows you all detailed information about your SEA Account. As in every other screen, you’ll see the summary of the account above the tabs. The Committed Balance shows any items charged to your SEA that have not been invoiced yet.

As you can see in this example, Joe has a current and available balance of $1,151.46. If Joe had an order that hasn't been invoiced yet, with an SEA item on it, you would see a Committed balance as well. This screen shows all the detailed information about the SEA Account.

SPF Account The Sales Promotion Fund (SPF) tab shows all items that have been credited or charged to your SPF account. This includes labels, items in orders as well as credits from monthly earnings. The Committed Balance shows any items charged to your SPF that have not been invoiced yet.

As you can see in this example, Joe has a current balance of negative 3 cents. All the detailed information of what he has used his SPF dollars for shows up in a grid at the bottom of the screen. This shows both credits and debits to the account.
