Tigar Corporation has been present in the rubber business for more than eight decades. Parallel with the growth and expansion of the production of rubber products grew the need for numerous services which enabled such expansion of the rubber business in Pirot. In time, organizational units which were engaged in food production for workers, transport organization and logistics, as well as in construction business, singled out into independent entities which focused their business towards external users.

Today all of them are sustainable in financial terms with reference market share. After numerous studies conducted in the previous years it was decided that the corporation should focus on the basic activity, and that it should gradually leave the other (service) activities.

1959 - Launching the production of pneumatics and rudiments of organizing nutrition in

2003 - Tigar Catering becomes a business unit within the subsidiary Tigar Business Service

2008 - Change in the way of food distribution

- Redesign of the restaurant and technical improvement of production conditions and food distribution

2010 - the StarA Hotel was incorporated to the business unit Catering

2011 - Tigar Catering singled out from the structure Tigar Business Service and becomes a subsidiary

2015 - the introduction of a new system for food distribution

- Completed renovation of a part of the StarA Hotel

Business restaurants provide catering services to the interested users.

BUSINESS RESTAURANTS

Within the kitchen is developed a special segment – Catering, that is, preparation, delivery and serving of prepared food to the interested citizens in the territory of the district of Pirot. It represents a newer service of this company and the offer includes all types of prepared meals, hot and cold appetizers as well as a wide range of traditional dishes and represents an indispensable part of the table at family gatherings, business celebrations and banquets..

CATERING

The largest portion of income in Tigar Catering is effectuated by the business unit Kitchen that caters for preparation and distribution of about 4.000 meals a day. Distribution and distribution of meals takes place in seven restaurants, in all three shifts, seven days a week.

KITCHEN

The buffet caters for serving all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks, hot and cold beverages for the employees of the company Tigar a.d.

BUFFET

The canteen deals in the sale of consumer goods within the company Tigar Tyres.

THE STARA HOTEL

The StarA Hotel is located in the National Nature Park at an altitude of 1000m, at 12km from Pirot, it offers excellent conditions for rest and recreation, as well as for preparation of sports teams.

At its disposal the hotel has 14 equipped rooms and an apartment, restaurant with capacity of 100 seats, as well as a conference hall, lobby-bar and a mini gym. Within the hotel is a sports field lined with recycled rubber which provides excellent conditions for recreation and preparation of sports teams. The hotel is fitted with security cameras and free Internet connection.

In the vicinity of the hotel there is a ski-run, which is the favorite place for skiing and sledding in winter.

In the StarA Hotel were organized the following business events:

- Board of Directors of Elektroprivreda Srbija,

- several seminars and meetings of the management of PC Srbijašuma ,

- seminars and business meetings of the management of Tigar Tyres and the Michelin group

- Seminars of non-governmental organizations such as ‘UNICEF’, ‘SEED’, ‘Pirgoss’ and others

- Sports preparations with accommodation and meals including the special halal food for the national basketball team of Qatar

- Accommodation and nutrition for professional basketball players

All services provided included accommodation and food a la carte or cold/hot buffet and the use of the conference room fitted with equipment for presentations, depending on customer requirements.

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL INDICATORS

Pursuant to the valid Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization as of 1.6.2016 was placed mortgage over the following property of Tigar Catering: Central Kitchen at 213, Nikole Pasica Street in Pirot at k.p.no. 3390/12 LN 8340, in favor of Societe Generale bank, whereas the mortgage over the object Planinarski dom and accompanying elements k.p.no.493 and k.p.no.494/2 LN 1302, placed in favor of Societe Generale bank, AIK bank and Erste bank. Also, there was registered pledge over equipment in favor of Tax Administration in process of delay of payment of the tax debt Zl.no. 13229/2012 (pursuant to the Record of inventory and valuation no 05-433/7584/2012-1 as of 31.08.2012 it was inventoried and valuated equipment worth a total of 16.544.814,18 dinars) In process is the procedure of pledge registration with Business Registers Agency over equipment ( Convection oven – Konvektomat SAEV 102SCS/KCS/NV N/R LA 020109769) in favor of Tax Administration in the process of securing the tax debt of Tigar Security
