The statistics from September for the Salem Virginia Real Estate market indicate
that for the month over month comparison with September 2010 the market has
seen a decrease in active listings, an increase in days on market, a decrease in me-
dian home price and the absorption rate or months of supply down significantly.
The Salem market still remains in a “buyers market” with downward pressure
