Page 11: Salas 70 pages - master slide show - chris and sabina 21.01.2015

Specifications

Fully enclosed unit containing a rotating sample cutter that passes at constant speed through the falling stream of slurry or free flowing solids entering it. Correct cutter geometry design ensures radial cutter edges accurately cut a fixed portion of the stream. The portion of the stream sampled by the cutter is diverted to the customer’s sample collection system while the remainder passes through for continuous discharge.

Jaw Inlet - 60 mm x 100 mm with divider in one unit

Three parts: Frame, Receptacle Trays, Divider.

Geared motor transmits rotation to divider in which there are five removable trays.

Three trays have the same volume - 1/4 of the original sample. Two trays have the same volume - 1/8 of the initial sample; one of them is set cutter which divides it into two parts, providing a reduction in samples from 1/8 to 1/80 by moving the partition.

Principal of work - Advantages

When rotational unbalance occurs from centrifugal force, the crushing cone and inner shell will still work.

Material that falls on the guide in the housing chamber will be vibrated and gravity discharged through the nozzle.
