Benefits Ranking Survey
Key features:
• Open survey addressed to employees, no personal or company identifiable information is collected
• Easy and fast, available online on PC, laptop or smartphone
• More than 30 benefits analysed, in terms of preference and utilization
• Provides statistics for the overall market, as well as by profession, sector of current job, age, gender, family status etc.
Benefits are an important reward element that can truly make the difference in employer brands. Traditionally, salary surveys focus on analyzing the most common benefits offered by employers, without analyzing their perceived value. Our Benefits Ranking Survey will close the loop by exploring the employees’ perspective on benefits.
