Note that the bolt has two washers and a nut attached to it. 2) At the bottom of the bolt you will notice a small screw. Remove screw and save. 3) Remove nut and one washer from bracket mounting bolt. 4) Slide bolt and washer through the hole in the base of the u bracket. Be sure to align the flat on the bolt with the flat in the hole for the bolt. 5) Add washer and nut and tighten. 6) Slide bolt through plastic clamp located at top of arm. Be sure bolt is fully through clamp 7) Rotate bracket until you locate the hole for the small screw previously removed. 8) Reinstall small screw and tighten.
