We hope you have enjoyed your time with us at the Saint Paul University Residence. To help us organize move-out, please complete the following form. We need to know from every student what they plan to do at the end of this semester. All you need to do is fill out the information below and choose all options that apply. Please remember, if you are not planning on staying in Residence for the summer term, you are required to move-out of the building 24 hours after your last exam, or no later than 11:00am on April 27, 2012 (which ever comes first). By signing this letter, I agree to comply with all terms and conditions of the SRA and the Residence Community Living Standards except as follows: • Fees for the Extension Period are $3,291.00 for the summer semester. • If I am staying in August 2012, and not returning for Fall 2012/Winter 2013, I must vacate my room no later than August 27, 2012. • Payment must be made either (i) in the full amount of $3,291.00 by April 15, 2012, or (ii) in 4 equal installments of $822.75 with installments payable on April 15, May 15, June 15, and July 15, 2012. • If these payment deadlines are not met, I agree to terminate my residency and to vacate the Saint Paul University Residence. SPRING MOVE-OUT FORM All residents must complete and return this form to the Front Desk by March 30, 2012. I understand that once I have completed this application and it has been received by the Residence, I am bound by the termination and cancellation policy published online and within the 2012/2013 Student Residence Agreement.
