What has happened so far…-- Plans for physical space-- Two mobile labs-- Staff training-- Library After Dark-- Youthprise grant-- YPQA training-- Built a strong and lasting relationship between Parks & Library

What we wished we knew:-- It won’t turn out like you think it will.-- How challenging the design and construction process would be.-- The training of the staff is way more important than any other piece of the project.-- Ideas will come from unexpected places.

Next six months:

-- Teen Council Advisory groups-- More collaborative programs for Parks & Libraries-- Choose fixtures and furniture for the physical space-- Hire staff for the physical space-- Create a network of mentors with a large neighboring metropolitan library system
