Holy Infant so tender and mild, Sleep in heavenly peace.” This Christmas my mind drifts back to last January when I prayed in the very spot where our Lord Jesus was born. We alsowere taught the importance of saving, how towrite a check, and balance a checkbook. I thinkwe all know how hard it is to manage a job. Thisexperience also taught us how to use betterteamwork. Everybody has to get along or nothingwill get done. Even though it was a tiring day, itwas a wonderful day filled with learning andcooperation.(Article wrote by Isabel Adamson room 5-211)

Reminders

Monday, January 20th 2014***** All studentsmust pack a lunch. FWCS does NOT have school.Milk will be available at $.50 a carton.

In the event school is cancelled (we follow BishopDwenger High School), school lunches may changeand may not be what you ordered. For Example: If school closes on a Monday,Monday’s lunch is moved to Tuesday. Tuesday’slunch may be canceled and we are then back onschedule with Wednesday’s menu. Or the wholeweek may shift one day and Friday’s lunch iscanceled. If you ordered for a certain day, a hot lunch will beavailable for you on that day, regardless of what itis. If your student does not want the “new” menuitem then please pack them a lunch. Please call oremail me and I will then issue a credit.

It is very important to have the lunch orderforms returned to school by the due date. Imust place the weekly order a week in advance. Also, many students are still coming to schoolwithout lunches. It is so very important that achild has their lunch with them. Lunch periodsare only 20 minutes. This time should be spenteating, not trying to locate a lunch.

Please call or email me with any concerns youmight have!
