The client that requests the issuance of a Patent, Radio License, Deletion or any other legal certificate has to show certain maritime legal documents as follows:

Documents Notarized by a Public Notary: it must authenticate

the signature of the person signing the document Legalized by the corresponding consulate or apostilled present. The documents must comply with the following requirements: BOS – BILL OF SALE AOS – ACCEPTANCE OF SALE DELETION CERTIFICATE (ORIGINAL FROM THE PREVIOUS FLAG POA – POWER OF ATTORNEY (ORIGINAL FOR LEGAL

REPRESENTATION IN PANAMA) MEMBER OF

The revisions are done for all documents sent by the

client to verify if they have: Valid Expiration Date. Pending Cases (fines, taxes). Pending Mortgages. Detentions. Properly written:

• IMO Number. • Owner/Company Name

FOR PATENTS:

The client should provide the below documentation in order to process Patents: APPLICATION FORM PROPERLY FILLED DOC ISSC SMC CSR IOPP LEGALIZED POA ITC DELETION FROM PREVIOUS FLAG BOS OFFICIAL RECEIPT

If the vessel is registered with INTERTEK GROUP , it is not necessary that the client

provides the aforesaid documentation. It will be requested from the Technical Department of ITMB.

The validity of the Patent shall depend on the Administration where the vessel has

been registered.

FOR RADIO LICENSES: The client should provide the below described documentation in order to process

the SSL: APPLICATION FORM PROPERLY FILLED DOC ISSC SMC CSR IOPP LEGALIZED POA ITC Activation Letter of SSAS, EPIRB, AIS, INMARSAT and all the changes done or to be done.. CSSR

The client must be sure about sending the Activation Letters that were changed or updated, depending on the case.

The validity of the Radio License shall depend on the Administration where the

vessel has been registered.

process the CSR: APPLICATION FORM properly filled. Patent (Permanent, Provisional or Extension)-should be valid and

not expired. Certificates proving the changes that have to be shown (each one

with valid expiration date) which can be: • Class • DOC • SMC • ISSC

FOR COMPANY FORMATIONS: The client has to provide the following documentation to

apply for a Company Formation: APPLICATION FORM properly filled. LEGALIZED POA duly signed by each member of the Board of Directors. Clear copies of the passports of the Board of Directors members.

The Company shall be composed of at least 3 people. If the Board of Directors wants the Shares to be evenly distributed, they

have to ensure that 2% of the mentioned shares still out as mandatory (they will be refunded later).
