The Sailing Bundle is a selection of equipment for centre or organisation use which enables inclusive water based activities at the beginner to intermediate level to be engaged in safely and effectively.

Sailing 1.0Bundle Description:The Sailing Bundle is for lake and inshore use, where the appropriate elements of the activity environment are accessible to the participants. Where the activity environment is not accessible, Equal Adventure’s Independent or Assisted Movement Bundles may be required.NB Access and egress should be carefully monitored by appropriate supervision when utilising this bundle.The Sailing Bundle supports dinghy sailing in a range of paralympic classes, and coastal sailing in a range of yachts.Each bundle is designed around a group size of 12, and is sufficient for those working in an inclusive setting with participants who have various impairments.The Sailing Bundle provides a selection of equipment to support a wide range of mobility and functional abilities, from ambulant and active participants, to those participating in sailing for the more experiential or sensory benefits. This is achieved by the provision of appropriate postural supports, pads and protection to support and protect the participant. A range of activity and safety equipment is included; this allows the creation of differentiated activities within the sailing setting to enable safe and meaningful inclusion.
