2. Supporting End users in solving their regular day-to-day problems.
3. Tracking all issues logged by end user and provided functional solutions.
4. Creating Solutions Document, Known Error Document etc.
5. Troubleshooting and solving the issues related to JDE Manufacturing and

Description: The purpose of this project is to develop the methodology for Cloud implementation
of JD projects. The Cloud JD Projects included the modules Distribution, Manufacturing and Finance.
Current Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Module handled: Product Data Management, Shop Floor Management, Requirement Planning, Process Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales Order and Purchase Order.
2. Business Analysis for manufacturing modules to be implemented.
3. Worked on Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.
4. Setting up PDM, SFM, and Inventory.
5. Preparation of User Manuals of Inventory, PDM, SFM RP, Sales Order, and Purchase order Processing.
