Sagama Pneumatico 500 Premium is a tire-recycling factory. It includes a broad range of customized shredders and granulators, which have higher efficiency, toughness and consistency.

This production line was created to recycle waste tires (Diameter is up to 1.2 m). Productivity is 550 kg tires per hour (3300 tons a year).

The main difference with 500 line is a new technological solution in the preliminary sector - Mini-Crusher.

This is an additional large elements of tires crushing weighing 10-15 kg. The product of crushing are 100x100 mm chips which are ready for further processing.

Mini-Crusher reduces manual labor (the possibility of reducing the working personnel on the line up to 3 people), and also increases the capacity of the line as a whole - up to 550 kg / h of tires.

The end products of tire recycling can be roughly divided into 3 product groups:

1. Rubber crumb.Rubber crumb is used, for example, for the production of artificial turf, safety mats for playgrounds, anti-slip mats etc.2. Steel.The steel that is attained from the various size reduction steps can be reused as raw material in the

steel industry. The purity of the steel depends on the size and the design of the separation

technology.

3. Textile Fibers.

The textile fibers attained from the different size reduction steps are a valuable secondary fuel.
