2. RESPONSIBILITIES

Mounting and putting into operation is included in prices under given conditions described below;

Customer’s Responsibilities;

To prepare foundations and cable trays according to our foundation plans which will given by Elkon.

To make static calculations of foundations.

To provide required electric power up to power board in the mixer block and to make grounding.

To provide water supply at required flow and pressure to the water connection of the plant.

To arrange required lifting and welding machineries and oxygen cutting machines and other

required hand tools.

To provide calibration weights for calibration of weight batchers.

To provide one operator during start up operation and test production.

To provide 4-5 regular workers for our installation and start up team.

To provide all materials (aggregate, cement, additive and water) during test production.

To cover our technician’s go-return air tickets, visas costs, accommodation, local transportation,

meal costs, to pay 100 (onehundred) EURO/day pocket money for each person.

If there will be any delay more than 3 days during installation process because the lack of Customer

responsibilities, Customer will pay 100 EURO/day/person penalty additional to pocket money.

Transport and transport insurance.

ELKON’s Responsibilities;

To provide foundation plan.

To provide Operation & Maintenance Manual and Spare Parts Catalogue in English.

In case of customer’s fulfillment of the above mentioned responsibilities, to do mechanical assembly

and start up operation, and to give training to the operator of the customer.

3. GUARANTEE

Guarantee of the plant is 12 months from the date of delivery. Customer must obey to given operation

and maintenance instructions, otherwise all kinds of responsibility belongs to customer. Wearing parts

are out of the guarantee.

4. OPTION

The validity is subject to the last confirmation.

Loading of the water to the batcher is performed electro pneumatically controlled valve.

Discharge: Electro-pneumatically operated butterfly valve.

Water weight batcher is completely galvanized.

System consists of required water connections, pipes, valves and fittings.

Water fed to mixer under high pressure water pump.

6. HIGH PRESSURE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INSIDE TW MIXER

System provides uniform water distribution inside of the mixer via nozzles under high pressure pump.

It makes possible to get homogenous mixture in a short mixing time.

This function can be used in daily maintenance as a mixer cleaning system.

9. SUPPORTING CONSTRUCTION

Concrete discharge height= 4,0 m

Supporting structures for twinshaft mixer, all batchers, ladders and platforms.

The platform makes possible to access every point of the mixer and discharge points of the weight batcher, loading points, load cell hang points, transfer conveyor and drive system.

All parapets and ladders are galvanized.

After chemical cleaning, all parts will receive one basic and one final coat of paint (epoxy).

Special corrosion resistant JOTUN-NORWAY paints.

10. OPERATOR’S CABIN, CONTROL PANEL and ELECTRONIC WEIGHING SYSTEM

Plant will be controlled from operator cabin which has wide view possibility.

There is a control panel in the operator cabin.

Soft starter of the mixer, all contactors of the motors, TMS, relays and soft starter for the mixer are SIEMENS-GERMANY brand.

Power board has lighting facility and provides protection according European Norms.

Cables are Pirelli-ITALY brand. In order to provide easy maintenance all cables and parts are numerated.

Automatic control is performed by means of industrial controller - SIEMENS PLC and SIEMENS Touch -GERMANY operator panel.

Buttons and switches are Telemecanique (Schneider)-FRANCE brand.

Fully automatic and manual operation of the system is possible from the control panel.

The working of plant can be observed from the diagram on the control panel.

Weighing of aggregate, cement, water and additive can be observed from the indicators which are equipped on the control panel.

Operator cabin will be equipped with 4 season air conditioner.

Control cabin can be folded into construction during transportation.

Batching plant computer is controlled by a PLC unit. The system provides full automatic control.

Cement silo has required legs which give opportunity to feed cement to the cement batcher with screw in suitable angle.

Cement silo has mechanical valve in discharge part.

Cement silo has cement filling pipe

The parts of the cement silos are manufactured by special laser cutting and drilling technologies and they are implemented special surface cleaning procedure.

All components are performed by chemical surface cleaning procedure and after that coating and painting by JOTUN-NORWAY brand paints.

14. CEMENT SILO FILTER

Cleaning System: Jet Pulse pneumatically.

Compact 800 mm diameter 304 stainless steel body with bottom flange, 24.5m2 filter surface.

High filtration efficiency due to POLYPLEAT® filtering elements.

The stainless steel body contains vertically mounted, POLYPLEAT® filter elements.

The air jet cleaning system is integrated in the hinged weather protection cover.

Low dust emission level due to B.I.A.-certified filter media.

15. CEMENT SILO ACCESSORIES

Max-min. level indicator - Cement level indicator is a limit value indicator that is used to check the cement filling volume in the cement silo.

Fluidizing system - Fluidizing system involves distribution pipe and nozzles. Distribution pipe is assembled into cement silo by fixing parts that are pre-assembled in to the cement silo.

Pressure safety valve - High pressure safety valves are used the discharge the high pressure in the cement silo.
