GS-Hydro have developed several types light- weight portable flaring machines, which use the patented GS-method.

The machines are suitable for 37° and 90° flaring of small size carbon- or stainless steel tubes, and are ideal for last

fabrication and installation of hydraulic control lines in cinfined spaces. The GS Flare-tool is manually operated and the

GS Flare-Craft machines are eigter electrically powered or air-driven.

Portable 37° and 90° Flaring Machines

This GS Flare-tool is the smallest of the GS flaring machi-

nes, producing 37° flare tubes fron 10mm to 38mm. Flaring

is carried out by holding the tube in a vice, or the flaring

machine is mounted direct on to the tube while manual-

ly rotating the flare cone with a spanner. The unit comes

complete with cone and die sets, and fits in a small case.
