•Over 15% of the CCRAA awards still contain significant carryover, despite a 1-year extension period and current liquidation status•CCRAA drawdowns MUST be completed by December 31, 2011•Funds will no longer be available on January 1, 2012 and may revert back to U.S. Treasury•Remaining Balance for the CCRAA program alone is in excess of $9 Million
