Free Flu Shots Christus Community Health Ministries

Christus Community Health Ministries will again be offering free flu immunizations for children (between 6 months to 17 years of age), their parents and all adults, on Wednesday, November 20th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Room of the old Church. Lectors/Readers Training If you are interested in becoming a Lector/Reader for Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, you must attend a training session, be a reg-istered parishioner, be minimum of 16 years old, and available to serve regularly. Baptism Preparation Information Parents are required to attend a Baptism Preparation

The parish office must have a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate no later than the week before the Baptism.

Upon completion of the Baptism class, you must call the parish secretary to schedule your child’s Baptism.

Baptisms in English will be celebrated on the 2nd Sun-day of the month at 2:30 pm and in Spanish on the 4th Sunday of the month following the 12:30 pm Spanish Mass.

Dates for English Baptism Preparation Class: Novem-ber 21; December 19 at 7:00 PM in the west wing of Church. No pre-registration is required.

Baptism dates in English: November 10; December 8 at 2:30 pm.
