LitNic Time!
The next LitNic will be held Wednesday, June 13th at the home of John & Cynthia Stacy, 766 Sable Lane, Bluefield, VA. The LIT is Mass beginning at 6 p.m. followed by the NIC, a covered dish meal to be shared by all. Although intended to bring Catholics in a neighborhood together, any parishioner can attend any LitNic. Please call the Stacys by Monday, June 11th if you plan to attend (304) 952-3534. (Directions to their home: Travel west on 460, past Comfort Inn & Ebenezer Church. As you pass Ron's Kwik Stop on right, continue driving 8/10s of a mile and turn right onto Sable Lane (look for sign). Continue to gate & cross cattle guard. Drive to top of hill, turn right & follow driveway across 2nd cattle guard & down hill to Stacy home).

The Catholic Sharing Appeal (CSA) supports the work of the Diocese
of Wheeling-Charleston. As Christians each of us has a responsibility to
share our blessings with others.
After we meet half of Sacred Heart’s goal of $22,000, the money
starts coming back to the parish to assist us in our many needs,
specifically our new lighting project for the church. Anything above the
goal, also comes back to us. So far, we have sent in 95% of our goal.
Which is $20,927. This comes from only 43 parishioners/families
sending in their gifts. Please remember to send in your gift., no matter
what the amount.
All gifts, large or small, joined together, can do marvelous and
great things!
