WORKSHOP: DESIGN YOUR LIFE "Design your life" is a quick but meaningful work-shop to help you plan for your future. You’ll learn how to successfully set goals and purse them by actively reflecting on them. In addition you’ll be able to dissect your life and make a self examination of where you are and where you would like to go. It is a powerful work-shop that will be lead by Robert Tunmire and the Arias Brothers. It’ll be on January 10th from 4pm to 5:30pm at the Sacred Heart Cafeteria. It is open to everyone 18 and up.

TALLER: DISEÑA TU VIDA Diseña tu vida es un taller rápido pero significati-vo que te ayudará a planificar tu futuro. Aprende-rá cómo establecer metas con éxito y perseguir-las reflexionando activamente sobre ellas. Además, podrás analizar tu vida y hacer un auto-examen de dónde te encuentras y adónde te gus-taría ir. Es un poderoso taller que será dirigido por Robert Tunmire y los hermanos Arias. BROKEN STAINED GLASS WINDOW Last Nov. 4th, a young man threw 6 stones to our stained glass by St. Joseph and Our Lady of Guada-lupe statues at around 10:30 pm. The police is inves-tigating and trying to identify the person. In the mean-time, we are on our move to have them fixed. After a couple of bids and after consulting the diocese, we have signed the proposal and the company is going to get the windows and take them to their shop. It may be ready by mid February. We need to raise $7,700. If you want to make a donation to defray the cost, please do so. Envelopes are available on the foyer or stop by the office or do it via pay pal through our website. PRO-LIFE GATHERING Pro-Life Waco’s Second Sunday Gathering is Jan-uary 10 at the parish hall of St. Mary’s Church in Waco. An Italian luncheon will be served begin-ning at noon—adults $3. Free for children. The meal will be served on plates rather than buffet. The program that follows from 1-2 PM will high-light pro-life outreach for the New Year. This in-cludes 40 Days for Life, beginning on February 17 and the special Roe v Wade newspaper ad that will be printed on January 22. Deadline for having your household name on the ad is January 15. FUELED BY FAITH The Columbiettes continue to assist those in need of a meal through our Fueled by Faith program. $5 Jack in the Box gift cards are given to those individuals in need of a meal. The gift cards also contain a prayer card. You will find envelopes labeled Fueled by Faith located on the bookshelves in the foyer or you may place your donation in an envelope marked Fueled by Faith. Please drop the envelopes in the weekly collec-tion or drop off your donation at the church of-fice. YEAR OF THE DOMESTIC CHURCH Today, December 27, 2020, we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph and the Inauguration of the Year of the Domestic Church in the Diocese of Austin. Throughout the next year, we will focus on twelve monthly themes with accompanying resources. No matter whether your household is a home of one person or a family of many, we are all called to bear witness to and share the Gospel with our families and within our households. These monthly themed items will be ready to for parishes to utilize, implement or share on the first Monday of the previous month. May we experience the merciful love of God through-out the next year as we grow in faith in our household, personal and parish family.

AÑO DE LA IGLESIA DOMÉSTICA Hoy,El domingo 27 de diciembre de 2020 celebramos la Fiesta de la Sagrada Familia de Jesús, María y Jo-sé y la Inauguración del Año de la Iglesia Doméstica en la Diócesis de Austin. A lo largo del próximo año, nos centraremos en doce temas mensuales con recursos complementarios. No importa si su hogar es el hogar de una persona o una familia de muchas, todos estamos llamados a dar tes-timonio y compartir el Evangelio con nuestras familias y dentro de nuestros hogares.
