Training is a strategic must if an organization is to survive in today’s turbulent operating environment. Learning Organizations must continuously review their employees’ knowledge gaps and continuously identify, design and implement appropriate training interventions that are aligned with the organizations goals.
This Micro Finance for Saccos program is a 3 Day Course designed by micro finance experts and practioners. The course offers Sacco Staff with skills to manage micro lending activities in a more efficient way; Identify client needs; design appropriate lending models and products; assess the performance of their micro lending wing; appraise clients accurately; and reduce default levels. Participants will acquire Skills, Tools and Techniques that will enable them guide the lending process within their organizations to ensure that it is effective and aligned to organization objectives.
This is an important course for any person involved in Micro Lending (Micro Finance Operations) within the Sacco.
