THE UNDERSIGNED REPRESENTS THE FOLLOWING TO THE COURT:

On July 2, 2014, the parties conducted a Pretrial Conference as ordered or in

anticipation of the same. The parties, through the undersigned, represent the

following to the Court: The State appeared by Sac County Attorney Ben Smith.

The defendant appeared by his attorney, Charles Schulte.

A plea agreement has been reached the terms of which are as follows:

Defendant has agreed to plead guilty to count 1 amended to CONSPIRACY TO

COMMIT FRAUDULENT PRACTICES IN THE THIRD DEGREE and count 2 as

charged (FALSE REPORTS TO PUBLIC SAFETY ENTITIES). Defendant has

The said Defendant, Miles Ross McCrea, on or about April 3, 2014, in the County of

third degree, by intentionally damaging a 2003 Chevy Tahoe and reporting to Law Enforcement

the vehicle as stolen, to collect the insurance payment on said vehicle, with said property having

a value exceeding $500 but not exceeding $1,000.
