Citizens in the rich provinces are willing to pay for the vaccination (new vaccines) although immunization is free of charge. The government spending on poorer provinces determined using the definition of Ministry of Labor

Promulgate immunization decree by the end of the year and disseminate to all provinces


Improving domestic vaccine products, new technology as vaccines are approved as national products by the government

Gather support from private sector and conduct costing studies to create more sustainable financing solutions
