and ber optic infrastructure, Building 5 provides
design exibility and full customization – whether
raised oor or on slab, extra-tall racks or legacy
equipment, this data center can support them all.
Building 5 is also home to SDC52 and SDC42, Sabey’s
Tier 3 wholesale colocation facilities at Intergate.East.

Intergate.Seattle comprises the East and West campuses, 1.4 million
sf of data center space. The two campuses are connected to each
other and to Seattle’s major carrier hotel by Intergate.Exchange
(IGX), Sabey Data Centers’ managed, carrier-neutral communications
network. IGX seamlessly connects all Sabey Data Center campuses
and their tenants, east coast and west, rapidly and exclusively.
Capacity is available from 1 Gps to 10 Gps, in both virtual point–to-
point and fully-protected (redundant) congurations.
