TECCOGNANO S.r.l. is the company founded in 2015 by Enrico Sabatini, Filippo Sabatini, Niccolò Sabatini, Ugo Sabatini who are members of the two branches of the Sabatini family. The Sabatini are united by a strong bond with the Tuscan territory, their love for the countryside, the art, the food and the culture of Tuscany.In the unique and extraordinary beauty of the Tuscan landscape of Teccognano,the Sabatini family cultivates her passion for the aperitif as a part of the family’s DNA. That same passion belonged to their maternal grandfather Guglielmo Giacosa who was a renowned winemaker of Cinzano at the end of the nineteenth century and one of the few holders of the recipe of Cinzano vermouth, base of the dry Martini cocktail whose main ingredient is Gin.
