Permission Form for Swimming Program

 As part of our Physical Education Program, swimming classes will be oered in %heRi&e' ('#&e C#!!u)i%" Ce)%e' InshaAllah. This will be a well-supervisedprogram. There will be lifeguards present, and the swimming instructor of ourstudents. All students in ! will wear life-"ac#ets or swimming aids in the pool untilidenti$ed by the swimming instructor.
