This was organized by a fan of Dr. Chhajer whose father died of a Heart Attack. She was the key person who motivated the whole town to get a heart check up and understand the details of “How to avoid Heart Attack” from Saaol. She wanted to make sure that no one from that town gets any heart attack like her father. Dr. Chhajer also delivered a talk for the people of the locality on that occasion. More than 300 people were screened for heart disease and educated on this occasion.Dr. Chhajer will be visiting USA to deliver talks in different areas in the first week of July 2019. 4.Deep breathing - Deep breathing helps in detoxification of mind and the body. This also helps in increasing the amount of oxygen in the blood vessels. It also promotes the creation of white blood cells. Every time you inhale your lungs fill with oxygen that thereafter get t r a n s p o r t e d i n y o u r b l o o d throughout other detoxing organs including: lymphatic system, kidneys and colon.5 . O r g a n i c f o o d - O rg a n i c vegetables, fruits do not contain toxins such as pesticides or antibiotics. Going organic will improve your metabolism and help your digestive system work better on removing the unnecessary toxic elements from your body. The processed food will never provide as many nutrients as the organic. Choose organic fruits, vegetables, dairy to reduce your exposure to pesticides. 6.Juice fast - We eat and eat, and then we eat some more. And most of what we binge on consists of processed foods and refined sugars. Fasting for a day or two can help cleanse your body from harmful substances, as well as prepare it for a more healthy diet by lowering your appeti te. You can take different types of juices either fruit juices or vegetable juices.7.Salt bath - A detox bath is considered a natural way to help remove toxins from the body. During a detox bath, ingredients like Epsom salt (magnesium

sulfate), ginger, and essential oils are dissolved into warm water in the bathtub. You can soak for 12 minutes to an hour at a time. Salt detox baths are usually made of Epsom salt, which allows for minerals to "draw out" toxins from the body. Epsom salt is made of both magnesium and sulfate, whereas table salt is sodium.8.Eat more Brassicas - Brassicas, l i k e c o l l a r d g r e e n s , k a l e , cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, p r o v i d e u n i q u e n u t r i e n t s (phytonutrients) that rev up your detoxification system. This system encompasses the liver, kidneys, intestines, skin and to a lesser extent all the other tissues.9.Green tea - Avoid the build-up of the bad cholesterol and switch to drinking green tea or any herbal teas. Coffee, especially when unfiltered, contains cafestol, a diterpenoid moleculethat can increase cholesterol levels. 10.Avoid refined sugar - Refined sugars and artificial sweeteners cause the body to block its natural metabolism and build up too much glucose in the blood. Thus creating a vicious cycle of weight gain, as well as a chance of getting diabetes and heart diseases. Swapping to organic brown sugar, maple syrup, and other healthy sweeteners will do the trick. You will notice that your body needs to get rid of sugar when your cravings for sweets begin to grow. To be Continued...

Bes ides Hea r t Disease, which is very fatal as it can lead to Attacks,

the problems of Knee and Spine are also lifestyle related. They are now more common than Heart disease across the country. Though they cannot lead to death but they can spoil happiness in any one's life. They make people more frustrated as they become unable to more and carry on with their day to day activity. Where ever I talked about our forthcoming “Knee and Spine Clinic” in the past few months – people immediately got interested. Everyone knows few people who had been advised surgeries for these two ailments. They, obviously, want to avoid surgeries – if they have the options. These two diseases – Osteo Arthritis Knees (OA Knee) and Nerve related problems of the spine (called IVD Prolapse, Lumber spondylosis/sciatica, C e r v i c a l s p o n d y l o s i s ) a r e basically due to wrong lifestyle. Some who have wrong foods, wrong posture, over weight, lack i n e x e r c i s e o r o v e r u s e o f joints/spine will develop these diseases as early as 35 years of age and some who live a healthy

lifestyle may not get them even at the age of 70 years. Stress is also one of the major causes of these two diseases – as they speed up our degenerative process. Toxins- which come from food, chemicals, insecticides, pollution, paints and plastics around us also contribute to the inflammation and slow down the healing or regeneration process. Ultimately, the knee joints take the punishment. The repair of the cartilages does not take place and they get eroded. These lead to early destruction of knee joints – leading to OA knees. The joints and alignment of the Ve r t e b r a s u f f e r a n d t h e inflammation leads damage of the In ter Ver tebra l Disc . They compress the spinal cord, nerves and cause spasm of the muscles leading to acute problems of the spine. Saaol's new venture will try to address these underlying reasons and treat the knee and spine with a combination of Allopathic science c o m b i n e d w i t h l i f e s t y l e modification and Detoxification. Our success will depend on how much we can make people understand the logic and improve them.

The “Real Causes of Knee and Spine” Problems?

17. Radio frequency attack18. Phalates (found in plastic, cosmetic products)19. Parasites and pathogens, e.g. – bacteria & viruses.20. Industrial chemicals – chlorine, ammonia, fuels, petrochemicals, hydrogen cyanide.21.Carbon monoxide, radon and asbestos.22. Family unit items – laundry powder or furniture polish.23. Alcohol24. Mycotoxin – alfatoxin, citrinin, patulin(found in food).25. Mold26.Venoms – secreated by animals.27. CFP(ciguatera fish

poisoning) – caused by consuming fish contaminated

with dinoflagellates that produces CIGUATOXINS.

28.Cyanogenic glycosides – produced by plants.

29.Furocoumarins – present in celery roots, citrus plants, some medicinal plants.

30.Lectins – in beans.31.Solanins and chaconine –

t o m a t o e s , p o t a t o e s a n d eggplants.

3 2 . P F C s ( P e r f l u o r i n a t e d chemicals) – found in no-stick cookware(linked to LBW and thyroid disease)

33.Glycol ethers – in paints and cleaning products.

1. Drink water in more quantityWater is a natural source for “flushing away” bad substances — the more you drink, the faster toxins from your body will leave it through your urinary tract. There is a great water-based drink that can help cleanse your body — simply add 2 tbsp of organic apple vinegar to one glass of water, shake it and drink daily in the morning.2. Exercise - Sweating is a natural way of cleaning the body from toxins. Sweating is a means by which the skin eliminates some toxins. The more you sweat, the cleaner you become. Choose what suits you the most and go for it.

Don't forget to take a shower afterward to clean your skin from all the sweat. Toxic chemicals are actually stored in the body, and one of the most effective ways to break down the fat cells and flush the chemicals out is through regular exercise.3. Brush your teeth and Brush your tongue - The unhealthy bacteria can settle into the small bumps on the tongue, called papillae, and create tooth decay, gum diseaseand other oral health problems. Always brush your tongue — even better, use a tongue scraper—when brushing your teeth. You may brush twice a day.

SOLUTIONS WHICH CAN BE DONE AT HOME

I, Chandra bhan Singh,age 50yrs/Male reside in Agra.On

th16 May,2018, I developed some chest pain and I took treatment from the local physician who ul t imately referred me to Pushpanjali Hospital – as my condition was very bad. In that Hospital I was admitted i n I C U a n d t h e y d i d a n Angiography and told me there were 80-90% blockages in my tubes supplying blood to the heart. They advised me to go for immediate angioplasty and stent. That time my family refused that as we wanted some more opinions. In the mean time I came to know about SAAOL Heart Center and I visited the center in Agra. I met Dr. Sachin Gupta and others at the center. He explained

me the whole treatment and I was convinced that I wanted to undergo their treatment. I took ECP treatment (35 sittings) and E D TA / B C A t h e r a p y ( 2 0 infusions) in SAAOL Heart Center, Agra. My treatment was completed on 20-08-2018.I followed all the instructions of Saaol on diet, walking and life s t y l e a n d f o u n d a l o t o f improvement. In February I went for another CT Angiography. My blockages were reduced substantially and I am very happy to announce that I do not feel like I am a heart patient now. I would like to thank SAAOL heart center, Dr. Bimal Chajer, Dr. Sachin Gupta for helping me to come out of my illness.

1.Poor memory -When toxins attack the brain, they affect one's ability to learn, remember. Heavy deposits of the toxic protein, beta-amyloid, in the brain, are linked to poor sleep resulting in decline memory.2.Poor concentration - In many cases mold, carbon monoxide poisoning, or other toxins damage the brain and result in decreased neurological function including memory loss, small personality changes, difficulty concentrating. 3.Headache - Headache happens due to systemic poisoning or associated with illness. Alcohol is also a type of toxin which directly affects the brain.4.Vertigo - Some people have vertigo attacks when they're exposed to certain allergens, such as dust, molds. Industrial chemical exposure is ototoxic and can cause

hearing loss and vertigo. Adhesives like paint are poisonous to the hearing and balance parts of the ear which is associated with vertigo.5.Cravings - You know that when you seem to get cravings then you eat and eat yet still feel hungry. This happens when in your body toxic amount is high and vitamins amount is low.6.Mood issues - If you are eating wrong kind of food then there are various mood issues that can happens with you. Toxic exposure lead to mood swings.7.Mental confusions - The brain and the gut are deeply intertwined. When things go wrong in the gut, it can often affect brain function. 7.Skin reactions - Ache, rashes, and other skin problems may signal a toxic overload. Acne, in particular, can be related to the toxins in our diet or skin care products. Puffy eyes and eczema or psoriasis outbreaks can also be signs that you've just reached your toxic limit.

8.Sleeplessness - Many doctors explained that chronic exposure to heavy meta l s l ike mercury, cadmium, lead could potentially cause insomnia(sleeplessness), and they could also be causing some many other annoying issues. 9.Premature ageing - Exposure to toxins, the sun, harmful foods, pollution, and smoke take a toll on the body. Over time, these external factors can lead to tissue damage and the bodyfalls behind in its ability to maintain and repair cells, tissues, and organs. Air pollution causes wrinkles and premature ageing. Avoiding environmental toxins may be the key to preserving your youth. Just as exposure to carcinogens increases a person's risk for cancer, experts now believe a class of environmental toxins – known as gerontogens – may put people at an increased risk for accelerated aging.“Genetic studies have taught us only 30 percent of aging is genetic, meaning the other 70 percent comes from the environment,” study author Dr. Norman Sharpless, d i r e c t o r o f t h e L i n e b e rg e r

Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of North Carolina, told FoxNews.com.10. Abnormal skin color - Carbon monox ide (CO) , an odorless, colorless, poisonous gas, can cause sudden illness. Chemicals can be absorbed through skin and into the blood stream causing toxic effects. Due to the presence of toxins skin color become dull or change. Rashes happens on excess of toxins in the body.11.Eczema, Psoriasis - Because your skin is a major organ of detoxification, skin changes are a significant indicator of toxicity. Our bodies were created with an incredible detoxification system; the liver. If your liver, your detoxification system, is constantly being bombarded with more and more toxins, the hormones are not able to exit the body properly and are therefore forced to recirculate throughout the bloodstream.
