CONCLUSION

Creating an instructional plan takes many steps of implementation for success. The instructional plan of the course, HCA 112, will be beneficial for learners and instructional designers to make hair color application effective and progress in the field of cosmetology. Learners will be able to use strategies in demonstrating appropriate hair color procedures and instructors will be able to teach and evaluate learners based on what is designed in the course.
