infiniti project is an innovative in-house project management system that facilitates real-time updates on the ‘health’ status or progress of a project. Whilst offering a versatile project management system, it is also intuitive to the benefit of all users.

It essentially provides a central solution for project stakeholders - particularly clients and senior company

management - to view detailed and organised information on a project at any given time, from beginning to end

from anywhere in the world.

Infiniti Project can be described as a ‘PRO-ACTIVE’ management system that enables full control over projects and

clients can easily tailor each step of the process to suit their unique requirements. Over and above this, the system

upholds sustainable and eco-friendly principles by supporting, executing and managing paperless projects. It is,

the project managerEach project is aptly assigned to a Project Manager, who has the responsibility of delegating duties and permissions

to individual team members, or stakeholders ensuring that a project runs smoothly and every member is aware of

their own and each others’ designated tasks. This is all easily achieved through certain features within Infiniti that

enable the Project Manager to perform duties with thorough ease and effectiveness. Additionally, the system allows

Project Managers to add or remove team members on a project and grants them full control over the GPS coordinates

and proximity thresholds of a project. If a team member is not within the threshold they will be unable to log in to

the dashboard. These features ensure that Project Managers receive accurate, up-to-date information and can lead

forward-facing, make calculated decisions and implement accurate changes when necessary.

calendar managementInfiniti is integrated with a calendar that will automatically calculate the duration of a project when it is set up with a

start and end date. The calendar can be easily managed to factor in public holidays and weekends, after which, it will

recalculate the project duration while accounting for non-working days.

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Warehouse is a premium feature for Project Managers as it enables them to stay

informed, again in real-time, about a project’s progress according to its team member’s individual functions and the

unique indicators which ensure the success of the project. It does this by allowing the Project Manager to request

daily feedback from each member, based on a series of built-in performance indicators existing within the system.

These indicators were developed in-line with our knowledge and expertise within the Construction, Engineering and

Mining industries. The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Warehouse is adept, as a manager can choose to enable

feedback on all the questions or choose selected ones.

From company and project identity to project details, every aspect of Infiniti is fully customisable to suit a client’s

needs. From an image point of view, the project dashboard can be customised with a company or project logo,

unique brand colours, and a Mission and Vision Statement.

• Daily Diary (Performance Reporting): Our system promotes daily project reporting by team members. This is vital information for Project

Managers as it promotes high quality feedback and reduces incorrect and sub-standard reporting.

Through the use of the Daily Diary module, Infiniti Project will - as updates are inputted into it - develop

trend graphs and trend flagging which will assist any Project Manager in making calculated decisions.

The Daily Diary module considers all information pertaining to Safety Statistics, Equipment Hours and

Man Hours, Planned vs. Actual Work Performance, Project Delays, and more.

• KPI Dashboard: This module is linked to the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Warehouse. The indicators which have been

identified to manage the project are displayed in an innovative style, ensuring that they are always easily

accessible, understood and managed.

• Earned Value Management: Calculating the earned value of a project can be arduous and time-consuming. To reduce the hassle

and length of the task, Infiniti Project provides a comprehensive and organised solution where Project

Managers can calculate the earned value through an intuitive 9-step-process. This determines the

current status of a project from a budget and schedule perspective, and assists Project Managers in

making accurate decisions regarding forecasts.

• S-Curve: The S-Curve is a module which ensures project performance can be tracked and managed in real-time.

This module gives the end user the ability to view the status of a project in terms of percentage,

compare planned vs. actual, and forecast performance and insert comments or notes regarding the

reported progress.

• Communications: The communications module within Infinti Project promotes integrated group and one-on-one

discussions within the system and also relieves the strain on a project team during close-out phase by

always ensuring that the information pertinent to the project is safely stored in a cloud repository, and

is accessible to any stakeholder. This is especially useful to a project as the system can be customised to

constantly search for specific keywords on a company server and extract information and store it within

the system to be accessed when required.

documents is integrated into the system to ensure that the project and its team members are always working on

relevant and current documentation.
