• Make sure that the statement and preview are clear, concise and easy for the audience to remember

• It can refer to your extensive research on the topic, your life-long interest in an issue, personal experience, etc.

• Visual image of a message is an attention-grabber• It saves time• Increases effectives through an analytical

Body Language

• Non-verbal communication skills will influence audience too– Appearance– Maintain constant eye contact– Good Posture– Do not stand fixed in one place. Move with freedom between

your screen and the audience– Gesture – use positive hand movements (but be natural in using

them)– Smile and positively answer questions– Modulate voice, pause for dramatic effect, do not speak in speed– Correct pronunciation of words– Proper variation in volume

It is also the 2nd fastest growing economy in the world after China. It offers a vast population of highly skilled and educated workforce. As many as 56 Indian companies, have been named among the world's 2,000 most powerful listed companies, according to US magazine Forbes. India is an ancient civilisation and has many forts, palaces and museums. It is home to many religions and races.

• Make a presentation of 10 minutes on India as an attractive destination to different audiences:

• 1) Tourists – mainly foreign nationals• 2) Investors – Foreign investors and Multinational companies
