Ensure loading stage is in Wash position

Review QC reportPass: Click check button Fail: Repeat QC
Move loading stage to Run position
Review drop delayChoose correct Bead Lot file
Load tube containing ten drops (0.5 ml) ProLine™ Universal Calibration Beads
Move loading stage to Wash position
Click Shutdown button Move loading stage to Run position
Click Yes to shut down system Click Clean System button
Load tube containing 4 ml cleaning solution (10% bleach or 70% ethanol)
Apply setting required Select High Pressure Clean
When cleaning cycle is complete, move loading stage to Wash position
Review message, then click Yes to continue
Review warning, then click Yes to continue
Move loading stage to Run position
Load tube containing 4 ml detergent or enzyme-based solution
Review warning, then click Yes to continue
Click Start-Up button Select startup time
After clean cycle is complete (2 min), move loading stage to Wash position and remove tube

Now proceed with Step 2 of the Daily Shutdown Procedure.

On a daily basis, the S3e Cell Sorter requires approximately 20 minutes of warm-up time before running quality control (QC) or any samples. To warm up the system:
