Who is your Faculty in Residence?Get to know Dr. David De La Peñ[email protected]
Question What is your most memorable interaction with a professor from yourfirst year in undergrad? Or in any year in undergrad.
Answer The small classes I took as an undergrad were the most rewarding forme, especially when we learned by doing things. In my biology class we made(horrible) wine; in an environmental design studio we had to make full sizemockups of our designs; and most memorably my American Studies professorbrought us on the train for a walking tour of downtown L.A. which I will never forget.
