PREPARATION OF CERTIFICATE FRONT SHEETS AND THE TABULATION OF RATINGS VERIFIED BY TESTS

The Members of STL have adopted a Universal Certificate Front Sheet for use when certifying the ratings of equipment in accordance with IEC, Regional and other Standards related to IEC Standards. To obtain the desired range of applicability it is necessary to minimise the amount of information printed on the Certificate Front Sheet. This procedure ensures a standard presentation of the Certificate Front Sheet and the ratings page on which are listed the associated ratings verified by tests. Two tables have been prepared for each IEC Standard. Where there is no conflict, the details will also apply to the relevant Regional Standards. The information to be added to the Certificate Front Sheet for a particular Standard is detailed in Tables A. The ratings to be listed on the RATINGS PAGE are tabulated in Tables B.
