said computer events.

that occurred in April 20, 2006, to May 5, 2006, at Save A Life Foundation headquarters

8. Bills and invoices related to the hiring of experts for the computer incident that occurred in

April 28, 2006, to May 1, 2006, at Save A Life Foundation headquarters in Schiller Park,

Illinois.

9. Copies of checks given to Annabel Melongo for her services at Save A Life Foundation,

Inc.

10. All documents related to computer tampering including emails, personal files and checks

for former computer consultant: Victor Rodriguez, employed through Robert Half

international and Christian Sass, a Save-A-life employee.

11. An affidavit stating that the production is complete and in accordance with the requests

herem.
