EMPLOYEE HOUSING-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIESEmployees are responsible for the upkeep of their apartments, as well as any damage to the apartment or provided furnishings.

HOUSING ALLOWANCEEmployees may choose to receive a Housing Allowance and find their own housing instead. The monthly rent will be reimbursed to the employee up to the designated Housing Allowance amount. Employees will be responsible for paying agent fee, deposit, management fees, utilities, and are liable for any damage to the apartment.
