1. Asian Delight
2 oz ShoChikuBai Classic Junmai 1 oz Cucumber (pureed) Simple syrup 1/2 oz Lemon juice
Shake with half of a pint glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Moonlight Cocktail
1.5 oz ShoChikuBai Nigori, Silky-Mild 1 oz Koshu Plum 1 oz Pineapple Juice 1 Pineapple leaf (garnish)
Shake with half of a pint glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Lady Apple
1 oz ShoChikuBai Nigori Silky-Mild 1 oz HANA Fuji Apple Sake 1/2 oz Takara Mirin 1/2 oz Lime juice
Shake with half of a glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Bloody Mariko 2.5 oz ShoChikuBai Chokara Sake 1 oz Tomato juice Salt & Paper 1 prig Parsley 1/4 Lemon juice1/4 Lime juice
A dash of tabasco or a small portion of wasabiAdd all the ingredients except the tomato juice which would be the last one, stir, fill with ice, top with tomato juice, stir again and add the garnishes.
5. Samurai Martini
2.5 oz Takara Shochu or ShoChikuBai Chokara Sake 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth3 Cocktail olives stuffed with Tobiko caviar
Stir with half of glass full of ice between 20-30 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass.Garnish with olives stuffed with caviar.
6. Kinpaku Cocktail
1 oz HANA Raspberry Sake 1 oz ShoChikuBai Kinpaku 1/4 oz Pomegranate liquer Sparkling wine 3 Blueberries (garnish)
Shake with half of glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Add blueberries for garnish.
7. Lychee Saketini
2 oz HANA Lychee Flavored Sake Sparkling wine1/2 oz Takara Mirin
Fill a Collins glass with ice, add 1 lemon, 1 orange and 1 lime twist, add HANA Lychee Sake.Add mirin and top with sparkling wine.Garnish with a mint leave.
8. Strawberry Saketini
2 oz ShoChikuBai Classic Junmai 1 oz Strawberry puree or juice 1/2 oz Lemon juice 1/2 oz Takara Mirin 1 Strawberry (garnish)
Shake with half of a glass full of ice and shake vigurosly between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass.
9. Sakerita
1.5 oz ShoChikuBai Classic Junmai1/2 oz Triple Orange WM (Triple Sec) 1 oz Lime 1/2 oz Agave nectar
Shake with half of a glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass.
10. Saikirina
6-8 pcs Fresh Lime cube (muddled) 1 oz Mirin 2 oz ShoChikuBai Classic Junmai
Muddle lime wedges in a pint glass add the rest of the ingredients.Shake with half of a glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a glass full of ice.Garnish with a lime peel.
11. Ginjo Lemon Drop
1.5 oz ShoChikuBai Premium Ginjo 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Takara Mirin 1/2 oz Triple Orange WM (Triple Sec)
Shake with half of a pint glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass with a sugar rim.Garnish with a lemon wedge.
12. Mojito
5 Fresh mint leaves 2 oz ShoChikuBai Classic Junmai1 oz Simple syrup 1/2 oz Lime juice
In a Collins glass add the mint leaves.Press gently with a muddler.Add the rest of the ingredients.Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.Garnish with a mint flower and a lime.
13. Green Tea Cocktail
1/2 oz Green tea syrup 1.5 oz ShoChikuBai Classic Junmai1 oz HANA Lychee Sake
Shake with half of a pint glass full of ice and shake vigorously between 3-5 seconds.Strain into a cocktail glass.Garnish with a lemon peel and a mint leave.
