Why We’re Here Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a flexible program that you can organize at the club, district or multidistrict level for young people up to age 30. It can bring together leaders from Interact and Rotaract, enhance connections with schools and universities, activate young professionals, and re-engage Rotary alumni. You’ll learn more about RYLA, share ideas about what’s working in your district, and get inspired to “level-up” your RYLA leadership event by including a new age group, collaborating with another district or inviting international participants.
