Monday, July 5 Arrival in Munich, the capital of Bavaria region and the center of economic and cultural activity in Southern Germany. The luxury bus with attendant team (including your tour guide) will be waiting for you at the airport and take you to the first destination which is Nuremberg. Check-in the hotel in downtown area. Leisure time for you to do whatever you desire! In the evening enjoy the typical German party held under the tent roof in the vicinity if conditions permit. Tuesday, July 6 In the morning enjoy the sightseeing tour of 1. the modern part of the city - the Nazi center, judicial building where trials with II. World War criminals took place, unfinished Coliseum Hitler ordered to be built as a grandiose copy of the antique coliseum in Rome, the Zeppelin Field where all the parades took place, and 2. the medieval part of the city including old-time castle overlooking the city, the Church of Our Lady on the main market square with the famous carillon and other points of interest. Time for shopping in the downtown area. In the afternoon leisure time in Nuremberg, a great place for shopping different German articles including traditional gingerbread, wooden toys which are all made in this city. Leisure time. Wednesday, July 7 After breakfast, we will depart to Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. Stop en-route in Karlovy Vary, the most famous and visited spa town in the country. It owes its international fame of calming relaxation to its mineral springs. There are 60 natural springs altogether, 12 of which are available for public use. Buy a sipping cup at one of the many kiosks around and try one of the curative mineral drinks directly out of the fountain. Try a typical spa round wafer, also known as oplatky, to accompany your mineral water. These delicious wafers are sure to please! You may also take an optional sightseeing tour in the downtown area, where there is a large selection of Czech garnet jewelry and Bohemian crystal available in many of the shops. Arrival in Prague, the magical city of „hundred spires“, one of the most beautiful European cities. After checking in at our hotel, we will enjoy a dinner cruise on the Vltava River where you will be able to see the beautifully illuminated sights of Prague – Prague Castle, Vysehrad-Upper Castle, the Charles Bridge, the National Theater, and much more! Thursday, July 8 Prepare for an early breakfast today, as we will be embarking on an unforgettable all-day walking tour of Prague. We will begin our tour in Hradcany at the grounds of Prague castle where we will see the changing of the guards, beautiful courtyards and St. Vitus Cathedral. From there, we will meander through the Lesser Quarter and cross the 14th century Charles Bridge, which is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Prague. We will walk on to Old Town Square to see the famous Astronomical clock. In the afternoon, we will end the tour at Wenceslas Square, the lively center of everyday life featuring an assortment of stores, banks, cinemas, restaurants, etc. From there, you will have free time to stroll in this main shopping zone. In the evening you have the option of the entertainment, either enjoy the light and music show accompanied with music at Krizik´s fountain or spend some time in the most famous and oldest beer joint in Prague called U Fleku established in 1499 (live accordion music and beer from the local brewery)….or rest at the hotel.

Friday, July 9Depart to Moravia, the eastern part of the country, stop en-route in Kromeriz, a UNESCO World Heritage site in the fertile lands of the River Morava, known as the Moravian Athens. We will tour the Kromeriz chateau built for the Archbishop in the 17th century with interior paintings by famous masters as well as the Chateau Picture Gallery, which houses the second best collection of paintings in the Czech Republic. Other sites we will be sure to visit are the Early Baroque Flower Garden laid out in typical French style and the main square lined with historical townhouses and charming shops.

Saturday, July 10Leave for Vizovice, the so-called “Gate to Wallachia”.Visit a beautiful chateau built in the first half of the 18th century with extensive French and English park. Enjoy the richly furnished chateau with collections of porcelain and paintings. Vizovice is known for its tradition of Slivovitz making, summer festival of plum harvesting. Visit a distillery of Jelinek producing all kinds of fruit spirits including Slivovitz (typical wallachian drink made of plums). See the production and you will get to taste a few samples as well! Arrive in Slusovice, shopping in the crystal shop, offers also china and other Czech gifts enjoyed by US tourists. Horse-race track and golf course inside located nearby. Get ready for the party with the local band VESELANKA playing Czech and Moravian songs to entertain you. Dance – drinks – good food and fun!!

Sunday, July 11Depart to Poland. Stop en-route in Oswietim – Auschwitz to tour the concentration camp. The horrific extermination of millions of human beings is here relived. The camp received deportees from all over Europe and symbolizes the Nazi attempt to wipe out all Jews and gypsies. Before we arrive in the hotel we stop in Wadovice, the birthplace of our previous pope John Paul II., visit the church and the museum dedicated to this pope. Visit also the newly built church of John Paul II. Arrival at the hotel in Bielsko-Biala or Krakow, check-in.

Monday, July 12In the morning depart to Wieliczka, wonderful salt mine which includes some 205 miles of galleries on nine levels. The immense salt deposit was first mined around 1290. You can see a number of chapels and chambers decorated with sculptures carved in salt. Sightseeing in Krakow, the country´s historic center with Vistula river flowing through the city. See the Church of our Lady, chance to buy some souvenirs in the main square with many stalls selling all kinds of polish souvenirs including amber jewellery, lace and wooden carved things. Come back to our hotel.

Tuesday, July 13Leave for Slovakia, once part of Czechoslovakia through the mountainous area, called High Tatras, dividing Poland from Slovakia. Stop en-route in the Dunajec valley for the wooden raft ride of your lifetime, our ride take you through the Pieniny natural historic park which takes approx. 90-120 minutes depending on the height of the river. During the ride you receive information about the flora and fauna, history, traditions and natural beauty of Pieniny which stretches from Poland to Slovakia and the river makes a natural barrier. Arrive in Kosice in the afternoon, check-in.Leisure time!

Wednesday, July 14Tour of this beautiful city of Kosice which is the second most important city in the country situated not far from the borders to Hungary, Poland and Ukraine. Historical core of Kosice represents the biggest reservoir of historical monuments in Slovakia. In terms of art and history, the most valuable buildings are situated around the original Middle Age square – present Main Square. View the most important sights including St. Elizabeth´s Cathedral built in the Gothic style. Leisure time in the afternoon.

Thursday, July 15Leave for Hungary, stop in Szentendre, charming village situated on the right bank of the river Danube. The streets are lined with brightly-colored houses. Many artists lived here. It´s a good place to buy traditional Hungarian articles and souvenirs featuring embroidered tablecloths, lace, paprika, typical Hungarian glass etc. Come to downtown of Budapest for a tour of the capital city of Hungary, the city itself was formed in 1872 with the merger of the three towns of Obuda, Buda and Pest. Visit old historic town Buda rising on several hills – Royal Castle, Holy Trinity Square, Matthias Church, Liberation Monument, Citadell with a beautiful view of the city and the river Danube. Visit
