Personal Profile
I have just finished studying Hospitality and Tourism. I will qualify with a combination of VTCT and FETAC Level 5 Certificates in June 2015.
I am a motivated, adaptable and responsible Travel and Tourism Graduate. I have a strong passion to work in the Hospitality and Tourism industry and I welcome the opportunity to utilize the professional and technical skills I have developed as a result of the many courses that I have undertaken. I have a strong customer focused approach to work and I pride myself in having good interpersonal skills and I am a very good communicator.

Work Experience
Wexford Winterland Box Office 25th Nov - 19th Dec 2014 Position: Sales Assistant
Duties:
• Cash Handling and Till Operation. I also had to make transactions with the companies’ bank account.
• I printed off tickets and organised them alphabetically. I also posted tickets to customers if needed.
• I answered the box office phone and dealt with all customer queries and made transactions for customers over the phone.
• I created a database for the company of over 1,000 contacts.
Visit Wexford and Visit Bunclody 2nd Mar – 17th Apr 2015
Position: Website and Facebook Page Administrator
I gathered information on business, attractions and events in the Co.Wexford area and uploaded them onto the Visit Wexford and Visit Bunclody websites.
I proof read leaflets, magazines and booklets before they were sent to print.
I also had to manage the Visit Bunclody Facebook page. I had to schedule future posts, upload photos and content about attractions and events happening in and round Bunclody, I also had to reply to people’s comments and queries.
Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy doing Art, listening to music, reading books and watching films. I have an avid interest in Airplanes and Plane Spotting. In 2010 and 2012, I received a flying lesson in Waterford Aero Club. I got the chance to manoeuvre the aircraft myself and got to experience first - hand what it was like to be a pilot.
I also enjoy to travel and to meet new people.
