through multiple online channels and internal ATS.
Organizes calls, interviews, and meetings for candidates to communicate with executive recruiters.
Introduces many candidates to our organization by connecting, calling, emailing, or other various methods of
communication.
Discusses open-positions with companies and effectively communicates the opportunity to experienced candidates,
going through the entire recruiting process: initial conversation, interview preparation and debrief, communicating
between companies and candidates, onboarding, and periodic “check-ins”.
