Local Briefing. Since this presentation, Tandridge District Council has announced support for CPO action if a suitable development comes forward and in September 2012 has issued a notice requiring site improvements, or it will apply for a demolition order. In 2013 a Task and Finish group has been set up by Tandridge District Council, to provide a report covering policy and potential actions. Various groups are involved in providing evidence and feedback, including the original R&Y focus group and the CR3 Forum.
