As of 3/13/2020, we are cancelling all events at the Clubhouse through April 1st, with the exception of small groups under 30. These groups will need to sanitize (procedure forthcoming) before and after their events. It is recommended that all individuals at gatherings keep a safe distance of at least 3 chair spaces from others. We are asking that anyone with a fever, cough, sore throat,etc. refrain from coming to Clubhouse and that anyone that has traveled by air or cruise ship also refrain from coming to the Clubhouse

until further notice. The Cantina will also be closing as of this coming Monday, March 16th until further notice.

The Recreation Department will remain available. We will put our efforts towards assisting Residents in need with groceries, shopping, etc. especially those Residents that are in self quarantine. LINE DANCING RETURNS!

Ms. Deb Bender will be instructing us in Line Dancing in the Auditorium on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 7:00 pm. We will be switching up the dates for the first few weeks to accommodate other events and to get a “feel” for time preferences (am versus pm). Next class dates are Tuesday, March 3rd @ 7:00 pm. Thursday March 12th at 9:00 am,, Tuesday, March 31st at 7:00 pm. Classes are just $3.00 per person!

HOA AED CLASSES the HOA is sponsoring training classes on the AED (Automatic Electronic Defibrillator) in the Pow Wow room on Wednesday, April 1st.

Classes on both dates will be held at 1pm, 2pm and 3 pm. Attendance is limited to 10 persons per class. Roger Hagedorn will be the AED Trainer. There are sign-up sheets in the Clubhouse vestibule (between restrooms and concessions) in the designated area for clubs/organization material. Look for a folder marked “AED Training”. Please ask the Rec Desk if you need help.

AARP FREE TAX HELP AARP offers free Tax Preparation/Help on Tuesdays from 12 -3 pm, Wednesdays from 9 – 12 and Saturdays from 9-12 until April 8th at the Lakewood Park Public Library. No Cost!

HOA ST. PATRICK’S DANCE
