About us Over the past 12 months we have met with officials from the RFU, the management team from World Cup 2015 Headquarters, Richmond Borough Council events and licences team, Hospitality teams and local businesses. From these meetings we have learned a lot of valuable information about this international event, licences, rules, ownership and sponsorship of the vast areas that need overseeing for such a large event like this.

In that time, we have come to the understanding with the support of the many people that we have met and have visited our school over the past year, the best way in which St Stephen’s could benefit from the World Cup for it’s important fundraising needs would be to take advantage of our prime position on the fan walk and on the main road to the Twickenham Stadium.

The local area of is also playing host to many of the International Teams setting up training camps at local venues around Twickenham. This is an event that the world will be watching and visiting.

We work closely with Fullers Brewery and FoodbyDish Catering Company to offer our clients an excellent hospitality service. With over 25 years experience of working in the corporate events industry Food by Dish has catered at a number of London’s top venues for every kind of event including conferences, team building, family fun days, product launches, fashion shows, charity events, barbeques, shop launches, summer and Christmas parties. Our clients have found FoodByDish excellent for their personal and knowledgeable service of the event managers, the staff, the

interesting menu choices, the quality of the food and the way in which it is served. As required, waiting staff can enhance theming or slip into the background so you barely notice they are there.Fullers Brewery/Turks Head Pub are our neighbours and we work closely with them on all our events.

Outdoor Area: 27m x 15mSuitable for Marquee or individual gazeebos. Ideal location for outdoor hospitality event or product launch. Access via Winchester Road. Our direct neighours – The Turks Head Pub, is a well known traditional Rugby Pub and is expecting to play host to over 3000 fans on each local match day. (Approx capacity 150).
